Autorità di Bacino del Fiume Arno is an associated partner of WIZ project.
Autorità di Bacino del Fiume Arno carries out planning and programming activities on land protection and water resources management in the basin of the district of the North Apennines (area which includes the main river of Tuscany, Umbria and Marche, and fewer rivers of Lazio, Liguria and Emilia Romagna).
At present, the Autorità di Bacino del Fiume Arno is constituted by 33 technical and administrative units. The team, still increasing in number, includes experiences and knowledge in geology, hydraulic and environmental engineering, agriculture, forestry, information technologies, law and communication.
