Management and Monitoring Set of Actions (MNGA)

The goal is to ensure and control: project objectives achievement within budget and scheduled timescales that environmental results meet expected quality and quantity accomplishment of all administrative and financial obligations information exchange between human resources working for the project the conditions needed to proceed with implementation and demonstration phases.

MNGA Set of Action include project management for administrative, technical and financial aspects, but also keeping in daily contact with Project Manager, Steering Committee, external and internal Monitoring Teams and partnership, meeting the LIFE+ reporting and accountability obligations. It includes training and workshops organised for the benefit of the beneficiaries' staff, too. The project management structure is presented in the following Management Chart:

This action includes also establishing contacts and regular information exchange with other  LIFE + Project dealing with the same or similar issues and to participating in events and information platforms organised by EC.
