WIZ is the innovative demonstration project that paves the way for including future drinking water availability in today's spatial (and life) planning. It is a vast environmental project, partially funded by the European LIFE+ Programme, to be carried out mainly in Tuscany by Acque Spa, Ingegnerie Toscane Srl and the Autorità di Bacino del Fiume Arno (Fundación Instituto Tecnológico de Galicia will also carried out by WIZ in Spain).
The project will last three years (2010-2013).

WIZ NEEDS YOU!

Meeting with potential stakeholders (citizens, water supply services, businesses, planners, professionals, municipalities, scientific and technological communities) have allowed WIZ partners to pinpoint the needs and objectives of each one in relation to the results of the project. Only in this way will it be possible to start the implementation phases that will obviously take all these specific requirements into account.

The results of these meetings have been pooled together in the Group Manifests. A DRAFT (“temporary”) version is now available here and will be updated with all your opinions, ideas and suggestions.
